All family MUST fill out the PSAS Form for tuition assistance and list specific hardships that would indicate a need for assistance and attach the required documentation. The PSAS Forms are available for download here or from the office upon request.
Tuition is an annual fee. Tuition is paid on a 10-month or 11-month basis beginning August 1st of the year registered. Tuition is due the 1st of each month. The Registration Fee is to be paid in the school office. Tuition and all other fees are to be paid through FACTS.
A $25.00 late charge will be added to tuition not paid by the 10th of the month. If payment is 2 months late, students will not be admitted to class. If the 10th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, tuition can be paid on the following Monday.
The Registration Fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable.
The Holy Ghost School Board has approved an incentive policy. You wil be awarded $250 tuition deduction from your payment plan for every new family you bring into our school The award will be issues to you after the child/ren in the new family have been registered and completed one month of school.
